Withdrawal requests are processed by bj777 within 2 to 4 business hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved:

1. Your account must have passed KYC identity and age verification.

4. No open dispute, fraud investigation, or account review must be pending on your account.

Termination by bj777: bj777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
